Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Farm-Lite Candle Co. LLC.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we would like to help. To start the refund, or exchange process please follow the steps below:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of the transaction.  For an eligible return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. The item must also be in original packaging and you must include proof of purchase.

Sadly, we are unable to accept returns without original packaging and proof of purchase.
